We typically schedule free inspections within 2–5 business days of your request, often sooner. During busy season (May–September) we book a bit further out, but we always aim to get to you quickly.

100%. The in-person inspection and written quote cost you nothing and there is zero pressure to move forward. We want you to feel confident before you commit to anything.
How long does a typical deck restoration take? ▼
Most deck and fence projects are completed in 2–3 days. Larger projects or those requiring significant structural repairs may take longer. We always provide a clear timeline when we send the quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need to be home during the work? ▼
You don't need to be present the whole time, but we do ask that someone is available at the start and end of the job — at the start to confirm the scope and at the end for a walkthrough.
What's the right time of year for deck staining? ▼
Late spring through early fall — we need temperatures above 50°F and no rain for 24–48 hours after application. In Illinois that's generally May through October, with May–June and September being the sweet spot. We'll check the forecast when scheduling your job.
